Toto’s is as much a botanical garden as it is a quality restaurant, and the combination of the two define its unique attraction on the Hvar gastronomic scene. The spacious restaurant has an astonishing array of plant life from around the world, and reflects the vision and hard work of three generations of the Meneghello family, with current owner Djenko an active member of the International Palm Tree Society.
Putting the ‘palm’ in Palmizana, Djenko is happy to walk his guests through the arboreal treasures he has built up at Toto’s, where the palm trees dominate closer to the waterfront (and add to the relaxed and romantic atmosphere), and various colours bloom throughout the year.
